Return Policy

We get it. Sometimes there’s more uncertainty than excitement about a possible purchase. We are here to help! We are available via email at admin@turning2sports.com to answer any questions regarding a posted item so that you have all the necessary information before you make a purchase.

Turning2Sports (T2S) allows returns if the item was misrepresented on the website in size, color, or condition. If you receive your gear and it is damaged or not as described, you may return it. Once your item has been delivered, buyers have 72 hours to contact T2S to start a return.  Please send us an email at admin@turning2sports.com.

Items may not be returned if you don’t like them in person, bought the wrong size, or changed your mind.

REFUND REQUIREMENTS

  • All items must be in the same condition in which you received them.

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery of an item.

  • Original shipping charge is not refunded when returning items.

  • Final sales items are not returnable.

  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

  • Items purchased with T2S store credits will always be refunded back as store credits.

  • Credits will be refunded to your account 5-7 business days after T2S receives your return order.  Credit Card refunds can take an additional 5-6 business days to post.

TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be in the form of your original form of payment.  We recommend keeping your receipt and tracking number.
