Our Story
It was early in the little league season, post-COVID lockdown, and as my son walked up to bat, I realized how quickly he had outgrown his gear. Faced with a constant need to buy new sports equipment, I started researching resale options and discovered not only the significant environmental impact of discarded gear in landfills but the complex consequences of the financial barriers preventing many kids from joining sports.
Determined to make a difference, I founded Turning2Sports in June 2023, with the goal of creating an easy-to-use marketplace that reduces financial stress, minimizes environmental impact, and ensures every kid has an equal opportunity to play™.

First, you’ll clean your gear. We have found the cleaner the gear, the more likely and quicker it will sell.

Print your free shipping label. Additional support is available for shipping items heavier than 5 lbs.

Please take care when packaging your items. This will help ensure that it arrives to its new home in good condition.

Once we receive your items, we will appraise its value based upon condition and other important factors.
