Top sports equipment dubbed cool by kids

Today’s kid athletes need protective, supportive, and helpful athletic equipment, but they also want that drip. (I have officially embarrassed my kids by using “drip.” For other parents out there, let me translate. Drip means cool, dope, stylish. And, pretty sure now that a parent has used the word, it’s no longer drip!)

The following sports stuff have been validated as gucci (aka, cool) by a 5th grader and 7th grader:

“OH! I like blues, and these kid cleats are really cute.”

“This softball glove, it’s like unique because it’s blue. It doesn’t look like any other softball glove I’ve seen.”

“These are gucci. All of it - their texture, the look, the colors, and design!”

“Nike soccer cleats are bussin’! They’re gold and comfy.”

“I like the way the handle looks, like blue and kinda fiery with the stripes.”

“It holds 75 balls! This would help me with tons of reps. I could bring all the balls with ease!”

“I could totally do workout weighted ball stuff with these.”

“Baseball players need this. You could take a ground ball in your chest, and it wouldn’t hurt as much.”

“Great protection! Slide into bases head first, and your fingers don’t get jammed or hurt if the other play jumps.”
