Shipping Policy & Details
Turning2Sports currently only ships to athletes in the 48 continental states and Canada. We currently rely on the USPS to deliver your purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We want to make sure your purchase arrives on time and ready for the field. All shipping charges and estimated delivery dates will be displayed when you place your order. We will also email you an order confirmation with tracking details within 1-2 days of your purchase.
Once we receive payment authorization and verification, we will get your gear ready for shipment. Please make sure that you provide the correct billing name, billing address, card type, account number and security code. Orders may be delayed otherwise, as we may experience issues processing your credit card info.
Please allow for 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Keep in mind that we are people who like to spend time with our families, so orders will not be processed for shipping on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. IIf there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
We ship domestically, and shipping times depend on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

May not be available for shipments to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes
Handling
Because our team works quickly to process and fulfill your orders, we are not able to change shipping information, like shipping addresses, payment methods, or shipping methods.
Turning2Sports is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.
